Return Policy

Who can request a return

You can request a return for an item once it has been delivered, from the order in your account. Only one active return is allowed per item.

What we need from you

Choose a reason, describe the problem and upload at least one photo so the seller and our team can review your request.

How a return is decided

1. The seller reviews your request and approves or rejects it.
2. If the seller rejects it, you can dispute the decision and our team will review it.
3. When a return is approved, a refund is created and processed.

You are notified at each step.
